Adapting to your needs and the candidate’s needs
We offer a bespoke solution. It is extremely important to select the right environment in the planning of candidate interviews. In some cases, the location of the interviews must be kept very confidential. In other cases, this will not be an issue.
Occasionally, it may be necessary to hold discreet one to one interviews with a shortlisted candidate. That’s why we offer a bespoke arrangement at this very important stage of the recruitment process. We offer three options.
Personal one to one process
We have access to three premium private clubs where the one-to-one interviews may be held in central London.
Outside of London, we can arrange for private interviews to take place at high quality discreet locations.

This would be the option where a final candidate is chosen but the client may want to satisfy themselves that they are indeed selecting the best candidate.
Off-site process
We will make the arrangements for you to see your shortlisted candidates off-site, usually at a selected quality hotel.
In this way, the process is kept confidential. We are able to make all the arrangements for you including any food and beverage requirements, or you have the option to have your administration do this for you personally.
We believe it is important to be as flexible as possible at this important stage in the overall recruitment process.
Standard process
The interview takes place in the client's offices. This is the most common client choice and we will work with your administration to plan the interviews at your office location.
